PIRNAR performance design creatives for Meta advertisement
I designed Meta ad creative and copy for Pirnar across five European markets, using a reusable Figma workflow for faster approvals and localisation.
Overview
A Meta ad creative workflow for Pirnar
At Notic Agency, I designed Meta ad creative and copy for Pirnar. I built a reusable workflow for creating, reviewing, and adapting campaign assets across five European markets.
Challenge
How I adapted PIRNAR’s Meta ads across five different markets
The campaign required a steady flow of creative across five markets. I needed a way to organise the assets, move them through approvals, and keep track of what was live without turning every new ad into a separate process.
Execution
How I built a Figma workflow for faster feedback and approvals
I brought the creative workflow into a shared Figma board. It gave the team one place to review assets, discuss changes, and prepare the next version without relying on scattered email threads.
With campaigns running in Slovenia, Croatia, the Netherlands, Italy, and Bosnia, the workflow made it easier to adapt copy, swap languages, and keep each iteration connected to the same visual system.
Result
How campaign feedback shaped the next round of creatives
The work connected creative decisions with the feedback coming from the campaign, instead of treating each visual as a one-off.
I used the shared system to prepare new creative and variations for testing, then used the feedback to decide what to refine next.
Learnings
What I learned about designing ads for performance, not just appearance
I learned that performance work needs clear evidence behind every decision. A consistent visual system gives the team room to test, learn, and improve without losing the brand along the way.
